Q: What is the average turn around time?
A: Once we start your embroidery order, average turnaround time is 1 day for digitizing, and 1-4 business days for embroidery (larger jobs may take longer), and then we ship using ground UPS and or ground USPS.
Q: What is digitizing?
A: Digitizing is when you take an image and convert it into stitching, more less telling the embroidery machine where to make each and every thread stitch. Digitizing is started using a vector file type (.ai, .eps, .dwg, or other) or a raster file type (.jpg, .psd, .tif or other).
Q: How much do you charge for digitizing?
A: Generally $25 for front hat designs, $25 for front shirt pocket area designs, and $75 for shirt/jacket backs. It is a one time fee per design, per size, and we keep them so you do not have to repay on future orders for the same design and size.
Q: Can one digitized file work on hat fronts and shirt pockets?
A: Sometimes but generally not. In the digitizing process for hats it is stitched from center out on each side and hats are given different thread feed amounts because of the thickness of hats.
Q: How do I approve the embroidery design and go ahead to embroider?
A: By email only. Sorry we do not accept any approval for print via phone, text, or by talking face to face....it has to be approved via email confirmation. The design proof will be emailed to you and we can make any adjustment(s) necessary after hearing back from you.
Q: Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
A: No we do not have a minimum order.
Q: Can my order contain different colors of thread and different color apparel?
A: Absolutely, as long as it is the same apparel brand and style quoted then it is not a problem at all.
Q: Does your cost on embroidery include a logo if I don't have one?
A: No, if you want a designed logo for your company that would be a completely different job which we can do for you as well....please check out our logo design prices and samples by clicking here.
