Email Proofs
Eye Kandy Designs will provide the customer with emailed proofs of design(s) before proceeding with any production work. It is the customer's responsibility to check for spelling errors, correct phone numbers, spelling of names, correct addresses, and any other grammatical/text error. Eye Kandy Designs will not send anything into production print/screen print/embroidery/other until we have electronic written permission to proceed. Phone approvals will NOT and are Not acceptable approval methods. Please also note that we do not provide proofs for art provided work since you are providing the art...thus it is your responsibility to double check over all art being provided.
Embroidered Items
Eye Kandy Designs not only provides a digital graphic file for you to approve a proof of before digitizing but also a sew out on standard backing at no extra charge. Once the sew out on standard backing is approved we will proceed with embroidering it on the desired apparel. We can provide an additional proof of it on the apparel at the customers request prior to accepting the backing proof or we may even provide one if we fill quality may be an issue. Please note that embroidered items may vary from one material to the next depending on thickness of material, shape of item being stitched on (hats vs. flats) so the stitching may look slightly different then on the sample backing proof, but we do quality check all items to meet and/or exceed industry standards. Eye Kandy Design Templates
Use of Eye Kandy Designs' templates are strictly for setting up and submitting artwork to Eye Kandy Designs and are not to be used for any other purpose or reproduction there of. Errors that are contained in submitted customer files, e.g., misspelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, wrong cuts, incorrect or missing folds, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, and finished product size rest solely on the customer. Eye Kandy Designs does not make any changes to customer files or check for correctness. If you aren't sure about how to set-up a graphic file you should probably just have us do the design work.
Graphic Design
Eye Kandy Designs will not issue any refunds on graphic design work nor will we do any graphic design work (including proofs) prior to receiving payment from a customer. We strive our best to stay on top of design standards and program knowledge but can't meet everyones style of graphic design expectations. We strongly urge you to look at our sample portfolios to see the quality of work we do prior to making your purchase. If we don't meet your expectations then we are sorry, but please look for another graphic design company with a style you are looking for.
Printed Material
Eye Kandy Designs guarantees that prints will meet CMYK industry standards. We cannot guarantee "match-print" color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color variations throughout an order. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer's computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears on a customers monitor. Please note that the application of UV coating may have an effect upon or change the appearance of printed colors.

Shipping
Our standard shipping is UPS Ground, but you may elect to use an alternative method of UPS shipping at time of ordering and/or before designs are sent to print at an additonal fee based on the standard rates charged by UPS which must be paid in full before items are sent to print. Most items on our website already include shipping cost unless otherwise noted. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means ownership and risk of loss transfers to you once we deliver the print products to our shipping carrier. |
